As work to restore Darlington's iconic Majestic Theatre enters it's next stage, the building on Bondgate is starting to give up it's secrets.

Star Radio has been given a tour around as the team work on restoring the second floor auditorium.

Once finished the Majestic will house upto a 280 seat theatre as well as an art deco bar and roof terrace bar.

Phil Marr is the lead builder and spoke to Star Radio's Louise Fewster on the restoration project of the Majestic.
