"Win a Wedding" Terms & Conditions

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Star Radio ("Radio Station") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at https://starradionortheast.co.uk/terms.php apply to "Win a Wedding" Radio Competition (“the Competition”) which will run from Monday September 21st 2015 until Friday October 23rd 2015 (“the Duration”).

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

1. Details of the Competition

1.1 The Entrant will need to 'collect' (find) 10 letters from various venues across the radio station's TSA (Transmission Service Area).

1.2 Once the Entrant has 'collected' all 10 letters, they will need to work out the anagram to enter online at www.starradio.co.uk.

1.3 All correct entries will be put into a draw and one randomly selected winner will be notified on Monday October 26th on Star Radio Breakfast to "Win a Wedding".

1.4 Entrants can ask friends/family/associates to 'collect' a letter for them if access to a venue cannot be made.

1.5 The Radio Station reserves the right at any time to reveal clues at their discretion on-air on Star Radio, online and on social media such as Facebook® and Twitter®. Such clues may or may not be listed also in an online list.

1.6 The Radio Station may also choose to host an outside round of the competition.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Entrants must be 18 or over, UK residents and live in the Radio Station’s registered transmission survey postal code area (TSA). A list of post codes in this area can be requested from The Radio Station. The Radio Station may also choose to allow entrants from close-by.

2.2 Entrants who have won a Prize on the Radio Station of a value of £100 or over on the Radio Station in the last six months are not eligible to win in this Competition.

2.3 By entering this Competition all Entrants (including the winner) agree to take part in or co-operate with publicity and agree that their reasons for seeking to win may be broadcast on-air, online at starradio.co.uk and on social media.

3. Prize

3.1 There is one Prize in the Competition. The Prize will be a voucher to use at Best Western , Eaglescliffe ONLY to the value of £4,930 which will be made out in the name of the person who is randomly selected after the closing date.

3.2 The wedding package available is the "Fairytale Wedding Package" only and cannot be transferred for a different one.

3.4 The package is based upon 50 people for the Wedding Breakfast and 90 for the evening reception.

3.5 The Wedding voucher must be claimed via the hotel before April 2016.

3.6 The winner should allow 28 days from the end of the competition for receipt of their Prize. Should any of the above conditions have been broken in the course of the Entrant’s win, no prize shall be payable.

3.7 The Prize may NOT be transferred to any other person.

3.8 Star Radio reserves the right to substitute the Prize.
